I'll be going there tomorrow morning....early. So early, in fact, that we'll get to see the procession into the Fair. I can't wait ^^
The Renaissance Fair, you see, is basically a large medieval styled area where all the workers are dressed into mythical-like creatures and such. I'll be going with a friend that I bowl with, who has gone many times before. Here are some of the things she and her mom told me about:
A 20 foot tall tree guy (stilts, of course) A mask shop A fire show (She showed me pictures....It's Dustfinger from Inkheart, seriously! o.o) A wax shop (For candles and a place where you put your hand and pull out a cast of it...the middle finger is forbidden.)
There's a lot more, but I had to bowl and missed a lot of it. I'll make sure to take plenty of pictures of what I see....though from what I heard, there sure is a LOT to see.
